What You Will Do As an Analytics Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust data pipelines and analytical models. You will leverage your expertise in TensorFlow to develop and optimize machine learning solutions, integrating them into our backend systems built with Django and Laravel. Your responsibilities will include establishing and maintaining CI/CD practices to ensure seamless deployments and writing efficient, high-performance code, potentially in Rust, to support our data infrastructure. You will actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project success.

Who You Are You are a highly motivated and technically proficient individual with a passion for data engineering and analytics. You thrive in agile environments, demonstrating a strong understanding of Scrum methodologies and enjoying collaborative problem-solving. Your experience with frameworks like Django and Laravel, combined with proficiency in TensorFlow, allows you to build sophisticated data solutions. You are also comfortable with modern development practices, including CI/CD, and possess a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable code, perhaps even exploring Rust for performance-critical components.
