Requirements - Proven experience in a customer-facing sales or account management role, ideally within a SaaS environment. - Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding renewal targets. - Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and retention strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to develop and execute strategic Account Planning to identify growth opportunities. - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.

What You Will Do In this role, you will proactively manage a portfolio of existing accounts, focusing on achieving high Customer Retention rates through strategic Account Planning. You will identify and execute on Cross-selling and Upselling opportunities to expand customer adoption and value. A key responsibility will be ensuring timely and successful contract Renewals, building strong partnerships that foster loyalty and continued business.
