Who You Are
You are a seasoned engineering leader with a deep understanding of backend development, particularly with Django, and a proven track record in data modeling and transformation using dbt. You possess a strong grasp of modern JavaScript frameworks and a passion for building scalable, user-centric applications. More importantly, you are an excellent communicator and mentor, capable of inspiring and guiding a distributed engineering team to achieve ambitious technical objectives with clarity and purpose.
