About the Role We are seeking a driven Partnership Sales Manager to cultivate and expand our strategic channel partnerships across a defined region. This role is critical in driving new business acquisition and fostering strong, mutually beneficial relationships that contribute significantly to our overall revenue growth. You will be instrumental in building out our partner ecosystem and ensuring its success.

Requirements - Proven track record of success in partnership or channel sales management. - Demonstrated ability in Territory Management to identify and penetrate new markets. - Experience with CRM tools and Revenue Operations for effective sales forecasting and pipeline management. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

What You Will Do As a Partnership Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic plan for partner acquisition and enablement within your assigned region, leveraging your expertise in Territory Management. You will actively engage with partners to drive joint selling initiatives, manage the partner lifecycle, and ensure they are equipped for success, drawing upon your understanding of Revenue Operations to track performance. Your primary objective will be to consistently meet and exceed Quota Achievement targets by cultivating a robust partner-driven sales pipeline, and you will also provide guidance and support to junior team members, demonstrating Team Leadership.
