Design the future of async-first collaboration tools at FlowDesk.\n\nYou will:\n- Own the end-to-end design process\n- Conduct user research and usability testing\n- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes\n- Work closely with engineering to ship features

What You Will Do

As a Product Designer, you will translate complex user needs into intuitive and engaging digital experiences. Your daily work will involve deep dives into user research to uncover pain points and opportunities, which you will then iterate upon using Figma to craft pixel-perfect interfaces. You will build and refine interactive prototypes to test design hypotheses and present findings to stakeholders, all while contributing to and championing our robust design systems to ensure consistency and scalability across all products.
