What You Will Do As a Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in ensuring the stability and performance of our real-time applications. Your primary focus will be on monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving issues within our Laravel-powered systems, with a particular emphasis on optimizing our Spark deployments and enhancing WebSocket communication for seamless user experiences. You will proactively identify potential bottlenecks and implement robust solutions to maintain high availability and minimize downtime across our global platform.
