What You Will Do
As a UX Researcher, you will immerse yourself in the user experience of our cutting-edge platforms, investigating how users interact with systems leveraging technologies like Kafka for data streaming and Go for backend services. You'll design and conduct studies to uncover insights into user behaviors within complex cybersecurity environments, and explore the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to enhance user interfaces. Your research will also inform improvements to our Linux-based infrastructure and web applications developed using JavaScript and Laravel, ensuring intuitive and secure user journeys across diverse technical landscapes.
