What You Will Do
As a UX Researcher, you will conduct in-depth user research to inform the design of innovative applications, leveraging your understanding of mobile development principles like Swift and Kotlin. You will translate research findings into actionable design recommendations within Figma, ensuring our microservices architecture and Kubernetes deployments deliver intuitive user experiences. Your work will directly influence product strategy, helping us understand user needs across our global platform and iterating on features built with tools like Firebase.

Who You Are
You are a naturally curious and empathetic individual with a passion for understanding user behavior, particularly within mobile and distributed systems. You possess strong analytical skills and can effectively synthesize qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions, demonstrating proficiency with tools like Figma. Your experience with mobile development concepts, including Swift and Kotlin, and an understanding of microservices and Kubernetes, will enable you to effectively communicate with engineering teams and advocate for the user.
