As a Customer Success Sales Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients achieve maximum success with our solutions, directly impacting revenue growth through strategic account management and expansion.
Requirements - Proven track record of success in a customer-facing sales or account management role. - Demonstrated experience in Account Planning and developing strategic growth roadmaps for clients. - Strong understanding of Cross-selling and Upselling methodologies. - Excellent skills in Customer Retention and identifying opportunities to deepen client engagement. - Experience managing the Renewals process to ensure consistent revenue streams. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
