What You Will Do As our Head of Engineering, you will architect and lead the development of our core platform, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. You will oversee the integration of advanced SEO strategies into our product roadmap, leverage your expertise in Salesforce to optimize our customer relationship management systems, and guide our team in building high-performance applications using Scala and Java for backend services. Your hands-on involvement will extend to championing best practices in frontend development with JavaScript and ensuring thorough quality assurance through frameworks like Playwright and Jest.
