What You Will Do

As our part-time Head of Engineering, you will lead and mentor our talented engineering team, driving the development of our cutting-edge Web3 platform. You will oversee the architecture and implementation of scalable solutions, leveraging your expertise in Swift for our mobile initiatives and C++ for core backend services. Your responsibilities will include shaping our CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployments, ensuring robust search capabilities with Elasticsearch, and designing flexible data interactions using GraphQL.

Who You Are

You are a seasoned technical leader with a proven track record of building and scaling complex systems, ideally with experience in Web3 technologies. You possess a deep understanding of software development best practices, including CI/CD, and hands-on experience with technologies like Swift, C++, Kubernetes, Elasticsearch, and GraphQL. Your communication and interpersonal skills are exceptional, allowing you to inspire and guide your team effectively while collaborating across the organization.
