What You Will Do As a Scrum Master, you will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring the development team adheres to Agile principles. You will guide teams working with a modern tech stack including Nginx for web serving, Kotlin for backend services, and Django for robust web applications. Furthermore, you will support the integration and deployment pipelines of Flutter mobile applications and ensure smooth data flow through Kafka. Your role is crucial in removing impediments and fostering an environment of continuous improvement for all project-related activities.
