What You Will Do

As a UX Researcher, you will dive deep into understanding user needs by designing and conducting qualitative and quantitative research studies. You will translate complex technical concepts related to serverless architectures and cybersecurity best practices into actionable insights for product development teams. Your work will involve leveraging tools like Playwright to understand user interaction flows and using Power BI to visualize research data, ensuring our products are intuitive and secure across all user touchpoints.
