What You Will Do You will conduct in-depth user research to inform the design and development of our innovative platforms, focusing on user flows and interactions within applications built on Node.js, .NET, and Spring Boot. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing qualitative and quantitative research studies, synthesizing findings to provide actionable insights, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to translate user needs into tangible product improvements. You will contribute to defining research strategies that align with the technical architecture and developer experience of our backend services.
