What You Will Do As a UX Researcher, you will dive deep into user behaviors and needs, conducting qualitative and quantitative research to inform product development. You will design and execute studies that explore user interactions with our WordPress platforms and investigate natural language processing (NLP) features, translating complex data into actionable insights. Your work will involve understanding how users engage with systems potentially managed via Docker and backend Node.js applications, ensuring a user-centric approach throughout the entire development lifecycle.
