What You Will Do
As our new BI Analyst, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into actionable insights. You'll leverage your expertise in React Native to develop dynamic dashboards and visualizations, making complex information accessible. Your work will involve integrating natural language processing (NLP) capabilities to extract deeper meaning from customer feedback and operational logs, and you'll utilize Ruby for backend data processing and API interactions, ensuring robust and scalable solutions. We also expect you to contribute to front-end enhancements using Tailwind CSS and integrate solutions within our Shopify and Firebase environments.

Who You Are
You are a proactive and analytical BI professional with a knack for uncovering hidden trends and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Your experience extends to building intuitive user interfaces with React Native and styling them elegantly with Tailwind CSS, alongside a solid understanding of how to implement NLP for richer data analysis. You are comfortable working with Firebase for data storage and management, and possess the adaptability to contribute effectively within a Ruby-centric development ecosystem, all with a keen eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
