About the Role We are seeking a driven Expansion Sales Manager to spearhead revenue growth within our existing global customer base. This critical role will focus on deepening client relationships and uncovering new opportunities to drive significant expansion.
Requirements - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a B2B SaaS environment. - Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or expansion sales. - Demonstrated success in Account Planning to identify key stakeholders and future needs. - Strong ability to execute Cross-selling and Upselling strategies. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Experience working with a global client portfolio.

What You Will Do In this role, you will be responsible for strategically managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts. This involves meticulous Account Planning to understand client landscapes, then leveraging that knowledge to drive Cross-selling and Upselling initiatives. You will also focus on ensuring high levels of Customer Retention and managing contract Renewals seamlessly, contributing directly to our recurring revenue goals.
