What You Will Do As our Scrum Master, you will guide our distributed agile teams in their pursuit of excellence. You will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, focusing on sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring effective communication and collaboration, particularly within our Web3 initiatives. Your expertise will be crucial in identifying and removing impediments that impact the development of our JavaScript-based microservices, which often integrate with Redis for high-performance data caching. You will champion agile principles, fostering an environment where continuous improvement and transparent delivery are paramount.
