What You Will Do As a Scrum Master, you will expertly guide our cross-functional engineering teams through agile ceremonies, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and efficient delivery. You will facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles while championing best practices. Your role will be crucial in removing impediments that hinder progress, particularly as teams work with complex technologies like Blockchain, develop backend services using Spring Boot and Ruby, and manage data warehousing with BigQuery, all while integrating front-end solutions built with JavaScript.
