About the Role We are seeking a driven Commercial Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts within a designated region. This pivotal role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence by fostering strong client relationships and achieving ambitious sales targets.

Requirements - Proven track record in B2B sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience. - Demonstrated success in Pipeline Development and exceeding sales quotas. - Expertise in Consultative Selling methodologies. - Strong Stakeholder Management skills, building rapport with C-suite executives. - Proficient in complex deal Closing and negotiation. - Ability to thrive in a remote, performance-driven environment.

What You Will Do In this role, you will be responsible for proactively driving our sales pipeline through strategic Outreach and lead generation, leveraging your honed skills in Pipeline Development. You'll engage with prospects and clients using effective Consultative Selling techniques to understand their needs and position our solutions accordingly. Success will hinge on your ability to manage relationships with various Stakeholders, from initial contact through contract negotiation, culminating in successful Closing of deals.
