What You Will Do As a Lead Product Designer, you will spearhead the design and development of innovative data-driven products. You will translate complex user needs and business requirements into intuitive and visually compelling interfaces, leveraging your deep understanding of data structures and pipelines. Your responsibilities will include designing user flows and wireframes, prototyping interactive experiences, and collaborating closely with engineering teams to implement elegant solutions, often interacting with backend systems built using Python and Spark running on AWS. You will also contribute to defining product strategy and roadmap by identifying opportunities for improvement through design thinking and data exploration using SQL.

You possess a natural curiosity for data and enjoy solving complex problems, comfortably navigating technical discussions with engineers familiar with Python, SQL, and Spark. Your portfolio demonstrates a keen eye for detail, a user-centered design philosophy, and the ability to translate abstract concepts into tangible, user-friendly designs, ideally with experience working within AWS environments. You are a proactive communicator and a collaborative team player, adept at working independently in a remote setting.
