About the Role We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing remote sales team. In this contract role, you will be instrumental in driving our revenue growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities within our specified region. Your success will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and market presence.

Requirements - Proven experience in a Sales Development Representative or similar outbound sales role. - Proficiency with CRM software, including hands-on experience with Salesforce. - Demonstrated ability in Lead Generation and prospecting techniques. - Experience with Pipeline Management and tracking sales activities. - Strong communication and professional Negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely with a high degree of self-motivation.

What You Will Do As an SDR, you will actively engage in Lead Generation activities, utilizing your expertise in CRM systems like Salesforce to identify and qualify potential clients. You will manage your outreach efforts and track progress through effective Pipeline Management, ensuring no opportunity is overlooked. Your ability to conduct initial discovery calls and employ your Negotiation skills to secure qualified meetings will be key to your success.
