About the Role We are seeking an accomplished and strategic VP of Sales to lead our remote sales operations, driving revenue growth and expanding market share. This pivotal role will shape our sales strategy, build and mentor a high-performing team, and directly impact our company's success.

Requirements - Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a VP-level role. - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a remote or distributed team environment. - Expertise in CRM systems, specifically Salesforce, for effective sales operations and reporting. - Demonstrated success in building and executing comprehensive lead generation strategies. - Strong proficiency in pipeline management and forecasting to ensure predictable revenue. - Excellent negotiation skills with a history of closing complex deals.
