About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our most valuable client relationships globally. This role is critical in ensuring customer success and driving revenue expansion through strategic engagement and exceptional service.
Requirements - Proven experience in managing large, complex client accounts. - Demonstrated success in Account Planning and strategy development. - Track record of achieving sales targets through Cross-selling and Upselling. - Strong understanding of Customer Retention principles and practices. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently in a remote, worldwide environment.

What You Will Do In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive Account Planning strategies for your assigned key accounts. You will proactively identify opportunities for Cross-selling and Upselling our solutions, directly contributing to revenue growth. A primary focus will be on fostering strong Customer Retention by ensuring client satisfaction and managing successful contract Renewals.
