About the Role This is a critical role responsible for optimizing our global sales processes and driving predictable revenue growth. As the Sales Operations Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring our sales teams have the tools, strategies, and insights to succeed in a dynamic B2B sales environment.
Requirements - Proven experience in a Sales Operations or similar role, ideally within a B2B tech company. - Deep understanding and hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM and its various functionalities. - Demonstrated ability to manage and improve B2B sales processes, including prospecting and Account Management. - Strong analytical skills with a track record in Revenue Forecasting and performance reporting. - Excellent communication and project management abilities. - Experience with or a strong aptitude for understanding Cold Outreach strategies.

What You Will Do In this role, you will be the engine behind our sales efficiency, leveraging HubSpot to streamline workflows and provide actionable insights. You will analyze our B2B Sales performance, develop robust Revenue Forecasting models, and contribute to refining our strategies for both new client acquisition and Account Management. Your expertise will also support the effectiveness of Cold Outreach initiatives by ensuring proper tracking and analysis within our systems.
