As our Scrum Master, you will expertly guide agile teams through sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring efficient delivery of our software. You will facilitate collaboration between developers working with Ruby on Rails and PHP, ensuring seamless integration and performance, especially with WebSocket integrations. Your keen eye for UI/UX design will be instrumental in supporting the creation of intuitive user interfaces, while your understanding of Tailwind CSS will help maintain a consistent and modern design system. Furthermore, you will champion best practices in cybersecurity throughout the development lifecycle, and support data transformation initiatives leveraging dbt.
