What You Will Do As a Scrum Master, you will guide our agile teams in delivering innovative software solutions. You will facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, ensuring smooth progress on projects leveraging Django for backend development and Swift for our mobile applications. Your expertise in Kubernetes will be crucial for managing our containerized infrastructure, while your understanding of Elasticsearch will support our search and analytics capabilities. You will also play a key role in implementing infrastructure as code using Terraform, enabling efficient deployment and scaling of our services, and contribute to the application of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques within our product roadmap.

Who You Are You are a proactive and empathetic Scrum Master with a proven ability to foster high-performing teams. You possess a strong understanding of agile methodologies and are comfortable guiding discussions around technical challenges, including those involving Django, Terraform, and Elasticsearch. Your experience with Swift and NLP will be highly advantageous, and you excel at removing impediments and championing best practices to ensure successful project delivery in a remote setting.
